1 . Release your feelings.
this is the best thing. vent out whatever you feel and have alone time.
2 . Talk it out.
talk to a friend or someone you trust. remind yourself that you can get through this.
3 . Get rid of possessions.
Anything thing your ex gave you, just give it back. you can keep them if you think they'll bring good memories. if not, throw them out or give them back.
4 . Relax and enjoy.
Go out with a friend. don't go somewhere that will bring back memories though.
5 . Focus on yourself.
Don't mope. instead, work on your goals.
6 . Relax.
Just relax for the next couple of days. do things to make you happy and healthy.

i thought this would be cool, i haven't seen anything like thins on polyvore but i probably didn't look very hard, ha.
 
So in the town i go to school in, we lost a very amazing lady to breast caner on October 11, 2012. Her name was Karen Harvey. ♥ She was 47 years old, and had been battling breast cancer for many years. She has 4 daughters. She was our high school volleyball hero. So our town has been wearing pink from volleyball to football, to cheerleading to everyday things. ♥

1♥; First put your hair into a high pony tail, relatively tight, but don’t pull all your hair all the way through.
2♥; Take half of the hair left hanging down and twist and pin it in the front. This will cover the pony tail holder. Do the same thing with the other side.
3♥; Pin down parts of the middle part of the pony so it isn't sticking straight up.
4♥; Then pin some down in the back so the other part of the pony tail holder isn't showing and you’re done!
